MADE TO MEASURE SERVICE

The Made To Measure Service, always considered as the “FACIS buttonhole”, represents the best in quality and wearability terms.
This service enables the production and the delivery of a Made To Measure garment within 10 working days, and gives the customers the possibility to personalize the items with a considerable number of adjustments, such as the embroidered name.
The whole process is constantly followed and monitored by the relevant office which takes care of sending the garments within the scheduled date, dealing personally with the customers to comply with any requirements.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

It is the division of the company which is in direct contact with the customers. All the information to and from the clients passes through this office not only at the moment of collecting the orders, but throughout the entire pre-delivery and after-sales stages.
This is something that FACIS gives special importance to. Indeed, FACIS Customer Service can handle any possible customer complaint, activating the specific departments involved so as to give customers all the information they require concerning their complaint, including the recall of faulty goods or of products that do not respond to what the customer ordered. All the products are monitored and are subject to feedback from the market (customer satisfaction and, if necessary, benchmarking) so as to take any measures to improve the goods, if necessary.
