THE PRODUCTIVE PROCESS

In a number of factories owned by the Gruppo Mediconf, which are located throughout the national territory and overseas, the following product typologies are manufactured:

- Trousers
- Jackets
- Suits
- Overcoats
- Shirts
- Knitwear

All the production processes, which can even include more than 120 operations, are handled by the production management through a computerised system that monitors in real-time the manufacturing progress and can guarantee that production and delivery times are complied with, also allowing a direct interaction between the specialised staff so as to promptly solve any possible problem which may arise. Once the production cycle in the various plants has been completed, all the items are transferred to a common warehouse where they are divided according to the typology and then tested once again so as to guarantee their quality and compliance with the standards before they are despatched.
